Eye care and exercise

To avoid eye strain
Read under proper light
Do not read while lying down.
Give your eyes rest off and on when on acomputer.  Remove your concentration from the computer after every few minutes.
Avoid excessive television viewing.
Avoid lack of sleep.
Exercise to strengthen your eye muscles
Sit up straight and look ahead.
Bring your right index finger in front of your nose (about 1 foot)
Slowly, keeping your eyes on it, bring it closer.
Take it back again, letting your eyes follow it. 
Repeat about 7 times every day for a few days.
